A well-made denture or partial denture can be a comfortable and esthetic way to replace a large number of missing teeth and restore confidence and chewing ability.

Implant-retained over dentures and partials are an effective solution for patients who are looking for an improvement in the stability of their dentures. With this treatment option, implants are placed and have attachment pieces installed so that the dentures essentially snap into place. In many cases, different inserts can be placed to modify how tightly the dentures are held in place. Even though they need to be removed each night while the patient sleeps, there are great advantages to implant-retained dentures, including maximal ease of cleaning around the implants and typically lower cost than fixed bridgework.

Dr. Nevins did a thorough review of my medical history and then gave me an exam. We were able to define a first step that made sense. He also put to rest some of the fears that had been caused by the first provider.

I came to Dr. Nevins for a second opinion and was very impressed with the level of detail explaining the options and the pros/cons. They spent a lot of time trying to get to the right answer and to make sure I understood the issues.
